Shipping Information
UK deliveries:
Orders can be delivered to your home or work place. Deliveries are made on weekdays (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm) and require a signature. You will only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for, and are eligible for, Saturday Delivery. Please note that Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday delivery. If no-one is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery. Within the shopping cart there is a facility to add special delivery instructions, e.g. 'if out, please leave with neighbour'.
We dispatch orders on weekdays only (Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays). If you place your order on Friday before 4:00pm on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Monday. If you place your order over the weekend on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Tuesday.

Deliveries to UK Mainland Addresses and Eire
We send most parcels with XXXXXXXXXX. To track your parcel click on the link below and enter your consignment number in the box. The consignment number is e-mailed to you when we dispatch your parcel. If you can't find it on there, it may not have been dispatched yet (please allow us three working days to dispatch your order) or, if you ordered a small item, it may have been sent by Royal Mail which is not trackable on-line.
